Indianapolis, IN: Dr. Bharat Barai of Premier Oncology Hematology Associates of Merrillville, IN, has been re-appointed as a member of the Indiana Medical Licensing Board.
In a communication dated July 26 addressed to Dr. Bharat Barai, Indiana Governor Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr., said: “It is my pleasure to reappoint you for the fourth term as a member of the Indiana Medical Licensing Board. Your reappointment is effective immediately and will continue through April 30, 2015.”
Thanking Dr. Bharat Barai, for his willingness to devote his time and talent for the benefit of fellow citizens, the Governor said: “The active participation of talented leaders like you represents our best asset as we strive to build a state of which we can all be proud.”
Besides being a well-known physician, Dr. Bharat Barai is a popular community activist and philanthropist. He is associated with several community organizations and temples.
