Now, business cards made out of concrete

Tired of handing out the typical cards, which are easily lost, torn, or forgotten about, creative agency Murmure decided on the more solid approach.

Gone are the plain old cards and in are the premium cards with fine ink on expensive  paper, or fun expressive cards designed from your Facebook photos.

“Playing with the notion of scales, Murmure created a set of business cards made of concrete,” a major newspaper quoted a spokesman for the company as saying.

“This material, so characteristic of our environment, was enhanced by using the smallest and most refined communication support.

“The refinement and the technique required for the typography highlight the harshness and the roughness of the used material,” the spokesman said.
