Hambantota: Sri Lanka won the five-match one-day international series against New Zealand 3-0 after the final match was abandoned because of rain after 28 overs of play on November 12.
The hosts won all three matches in this rain-hit series under the Duckworth/Lewis method.
New Zealand captain Ross Taylor won the toss and asked Sri Lanka to bat first, and they slumped to 123 for eight when rain stopped play.
