Contrary to popular belief, Kareena didn't have to stop eating to get to her famous size-zero. The actress claims she depends 70 percent on diet and 30 percent on yoga to stay in shape. Bebo eats well and eats right, with her meals planned according to her energy requirement during the day. She gives all the credit to power-yoga and a smart outlook towards weight loss.

When the perfectly toned Bipasha Basu says that it is just her vigorous workout regime that has helped her develop her hourglass figure, we sure find it hard to believe. The actress apparently follows no diet plan, even claiming that she eats just about anything and then works out crazy!

The voluptuous Katrina Kaif is among the few actresses in the industry with a perfectly toned fuller figure. The secret of her amazing curves? Apparently it is purifying Apricot Oil from Anne Semoin and lots of water. She exercises every day and takes proper rest for rejuvenation.
